Two views: the Team dashboard is the lead's weekly picture — a leaderboard from each member's latest logged week (ranked by business logged, with the quarter-to-date score and projected bonus beside it) and the official weekly call-outs for top performer and needs-focus, with a note on why. Call-outs appear on each member's page and in their call agendas. The member tabs hold everything about one person: their weekly M1 log, scorecard, strengths and opportunities, performance calls, and bonus.
Performance calls: “+ New call agenda” drafts a ready-to-use agenda from the live data — recognition and recent call-outs, quarter numbers against targets, strengths, coaching focus, the pinned team standards, follow-ups from the last call, and bonus standing. After the call, write the notes and commitments, pick the bonus category the findings belong to, and “Send to bonus notes” stamps them into that category's manager notes — so what's discussed all quarter is already in the bonus record at review time.
Playbook & policies: the lead keeps the team's working rules and the current policy documents in one place. Attached documents are stored inside this file and travel with it; rules marked “pin to call agendas” are quoted automatically in every drafted agenda and improvement plan, so the standards being managed to are the ones written down.
Improvement plans: when someone is off track, “+ New improvement plan” drafts a structured plan from their below-target metrics, recorded opportunities, and the pinned standards — what must improve, the actions and support, and how success is measured, with a 30-day review date. Active plans are flagged on the dashboard and in the weekly extract.
Outlook: the Schedule and Email buttons open the lead's own Microsoft Outlook (web) already signed in, with the invite or email pre-filled — attendee from the member's email on their card, agenda in the body. Pick the time and send from Outlook as normal; nothing is sent without the lead pressing Send there.
Coach's corner & tasks: each profile opens with the recommended corrective actions the numbers call for — below-target metrics, missed expectations, overdue plan reviews, calls that haven't happened. One click turns a recommendation into a task; the Tasks tab shows everything open, grouped per team member, with due dates and overdue flags.
Records: anything dropped into a member's Records & documents section — attached files, pasted emails, notes — becomes part of their performance record: notes print in the quarter report, and attached files are stored in the cloud and included in the quarter package under a records folder for that member.
Member views: each member sees their own scorecard, hotels and comp sets, events, lead standards, and 1:1 prep live on their page at desk.myrevradar.com — nothing to send. “Print scorecard” on a profile gives a read-only copy if one is needed for a file.
Goals & acknowledgments: at quarter start, request each member's goals by email, paste their reply into Development & goals, and mark Approved — approved goals appear in their member view and call agendas. Policy acknowledgments in Playbook & policies track who has confirmed the rules; pending ones surface in Coach's corner.
Closing a quarter: after the quarter package is exported, “Close the quarter…” on the dashboard archives every member's scores and metrics into the Quarter history table (the year-over-year record), clears logs, ratings, comments, and sign-offs, and rolls each Review period forward. Targets, strengths, records, plans, and the playbook carry over.
Payroll Desk: the RSH Payroll Desk runs as its own tab — pay periods, time off and holidays, employee files with rates, write-ups and reviews. Hours come from the time clock with one button. Save & publish inside the desk hands its data to the Hub, and the Hub saves it to the cloud. On payroll day, export the pay-period CSV from the desk; it reaches RevRadar Command on its own.
Hotels & comp sets: each profile carries the member's hotel roster — code, name, market, the STR comp set they must shop when quoting, and the rate-shop set. The roster is what reaches RevRadar Command in the weekly file (the old free-text portfolio line is built from it automatically), it sets the "# of hotels" behind the prospecting target, and it prints in the member's scorecard file so nobody quotes a rate without knowing which hotels to check. The Hotel directory on the Events calendar tab shows the whole team's portfolio in one table.
Lead follow-up log: the weekly M1 totals show how much came in; the lead log shows whether it was worked properly. One row per lead — received date, first response, proposal date, touches, last touch, outcome, lost reason. From that the tool scores response speed, persistence, and close-out discipline against the standards in Playbook & policies, flags stale leads and lost-without-reason, and puts the numbers in agendas, the dashboard cadence table, and the weekly file. This is how you tell a market problem from a follow-up problem.
Master events calendar: a team-wide calendar of every demand-driving event by market — dates, last year's attendance, this year's projection, estimated room nights, which competitors hosted it, an owner, and a sales status. Events inside the alert window with no activity are flagged on every affected member's profile, in agendas, and on the dashboard. Import or export it as CSV; members see their markets' events in their scorecard file.
1:1s, monthly reviews, conversation notes, emails: log a weekly 1:1 (short template), a monthly review (full template), or a performance call; add dated conversation notes and pasted emails to the record with a type. The tool watches the cadence — 1:1 overdue, monthly review overdue, no note in a week, no email in two, called out as needs-focus with nothing documented — and raises alerts.
Employment status & employee files: each profile has an employment status — Active, On leave, No longer employed — with an effective date and note. Anyone not active stays on file for the record (quarter history, records, payroll) but drops out of the leaderboard, cadence alerts, member-view zip, and the lead scorecard; the weekly file carries the status so RevRadar Command knows. Every active file is scored for completeness — ID, email, hotels, markets, comp sets, targets, prior-quarter recap, approved goals, strengths and opportunities, first record, first 1:1, lead log — and incomplete files raise an alert listing exactly what's missing.
Events from the team: on a member's profile, “Request events list (Outlook)” downloads a CSV pre-filled with their hotels and markets and opens an email asking them to list every demand-driving event with attendance and room-night estimates. When it comes back, “Import their events CSV” on the same profile adds the rows to the master calendar with that member as owner, matched to their hotels, and logs the submission in their record. The Events calendar tab is where the lead reviews, de-duplicates, and sets the sales status on each.
Alerts & reminders: the dashboard opens with every alert across the team, ranked urgent / this week / minor; each profile's Coach's corner shows its own. One click turns any alert into a task. Alerts also travel in the weekly file, so what was raised and what was cleared is visible in RevRadar Command.
M1 audit: each weekly-log row has an "M1 audited" tick — check it after opening that week's Sales Readout and verifying the numbers and lead notes. Unaudited weeks raise an alert and count against the lead's own scorecard.
Lead's scorecard: the tool also scores how the team is being managed — 1:1s on cadence, monthly reviews, notes per member, M1 weeks audited, comp sets on file, hotel rosters complete, lost-reason discipline, weekly exports and backups — and sends that score in the weekly file.
Time clock & cloud sync: hourly team members clock in and out on the RevRadar Desk page (phone or desktop, in whatever time zone they're working). On the Payroll Desk tab, sign in once with your email; "Pull time clock into Payroll Desk" brings the pay period's tracked hours into the desk's normal review step — same rounding, nothing applied until you confirm — so there's no Toggl and no upload. While you're signed in, every weekly file, pay-period CSV, and quarter package you export is also sent straight to RevRadar Command; the download still happens as a backup. Time-off requests from the clock page are approved here or on the clock page's Approvals tab.
Live to RevRadar Command & notes with Sean: once you're signed in (Payroll Desk tab), every Save document sends this Hub's current picture to RevRadar Command — and it re-sends on its own every few minutes while you have unsaved changes — so Sean sees what you see without any file changing hands. The weekly file and quarter package still exist as the dated records for bonus and payroll. "Notes with Sean" on the dashboard and on each profile is a two-way channel: notes Sean sends from RevRadar Command appear here (the dashboard tab shows a count), you reply or start a note of your own, and nothing in it goes to the team member.
The rep's page: team members see their own live scorecard, hotels & comp sets, events in their markets, lead follow-up standing, and a weekly 1:1 prep form on the RevRadar Desk page — all read from this Hub's last save, so they see exactly what you see and nothing else (no call notes, records, or other members). Their 1:1 prep shows in Coach's corner and is drafted into the weekly 1:1 agenda. They also log time by hotel there; those hours appear on each hotel row (last 7 / 28 days) and in the weekly file for RevRadar Command. Match is by the email on each profile, so keep the Email field filled in.
M1 weekly report: Friday, save The Sales Readout page from Matrix and drop the .htm on the dashboard. The platform reads new leads (with Matrix's own response times), new / definite / lost opportunities with values and reasons, each rep's activity counts, and the per-property summary — and folds them into every member's lead log and weekly log, marked as M1-audited. Leads the report can't place at a hotel show up once for you to assign. The card turns red from Wednesday if the week's report isn't in.
Team activity: calls in and out, missed, talk time, emails, voicemails, hotels touched and active days per rep for any date range, with a day-by-day chart. The same data as Sean's RevRadar Command. Each member's profile has their own Calls & email card with the individual items and voicemail transcripts.
Team at a glance: the first card on the dashboard — one row per member with the pipeline (open / proposal / tentative and its value, definite), first-response rate, stale leads, lost-without-reason, calls and emails this week, voicemails received and unreturned, pricing requests waiting on you, hours by hotel, and the latest M1 week. Red cells are the ones to act on.
Stalled accounts & account trail: the dashboard lists every open lead that has gone quiet across all sources for 14 days, with the questions already answered — proposal sent, follow-up, calls and emails, repriced or approved. Search any account name for its trail: M1 readout mentions, the lead log, emails, calls, voicemails, notes and pricing decisions on one timeline.
Proposals & contracts: after you approve, the rep sends a proposal from their page — pre-filled from the deal and the hotel's standard terms (this tab → Hotel setup), emailed from their Outlook with a branded accept page. The client accepts or requests changes (with the rate they want); accepted deals get the agreement by e-signature (DocuSeal, once the account is connected) or manually; signed deals get the hotel's deposit link and the contract alerts (rooming list, cut-off, cancellation, arrival) on the rep's Today list and your alerts. Outcomes feed the learning view below.
Pricing decisions & rate ladders: every request from the team is a deal. The platform pulls brand.com and comp-set rates by night, reads the hotel's STR history for the arrival month, weighs occupancy, pace, events, lead time and block size, and suggests Low / Medium / High with its reasons — next to the rep's own pick. You approve the rep's, the platform's, or set your own, with a note; the decision is recorded with its source so the training view can show how often each was right. Ladders (this tab) define what Low / Medium / High mean per hotel and season.
Pricing approvals (earlier): a team member asks for a rate from their page by answering the question set for that type of business (Group, LNR, RFP, SMERF — you edit the questions on this tab). It reaches you in Teams and on the dashboard; approve, counter with a different rate, or decline, with a note. They see the decision on their page and get an email from you, and it goes on their record and the lead's trail.
Post to Teams: the dashboard's "Post to the team in Teams" box sends a message to the sales channel as you — recognition, a question, an event reminder. Replies stay in Teams; RevRadar Command can read the whole thread.
M1 readouts: Matrix emails you a Sales Readout for every property each Friday. "Import M1 readouts from my Outlook" on the dashboard reads those emails and files each property's figures — activities completed, opportunities touched, $ moved to definite, planned activities, top accounts — by hotel and week. They show on the Hotels table, the Workload tab, and in RevRadar Command. The full report stays in Matrix behind its link.
From Lee on the member's page: each team member's home page has a "From [lead]" panel. Recognition notes appear there automatically, weekly call-outs appear, and any other note you tick "share with member" on. Everything else in the record stays private.
Calls & email: each member's page reads their own Outlook (with their permission, once) and records every email cc'd to a hotel's M1 address as a touch, plus Teams voicemails with Microsoft's transcript; Teams phone calls arrive overnight. The profile's Calls & email card shows it all, and touches fold into the lead log automatically when the client's email is on the lead. "File an email from my Outlook" puts one of your own emails on a member's record in two clicks.
Workload: each hotel carries the sales hours per week sold to it (Contract h/wk on the Hotels table) and its M1 cc address. The Workload tab compares every hotel's contracted hours with what the rep actually logged, shows each member's capacity against the contracted total of their portfolio, and flags under-served hotels and overloaded members. Team members log the time; they don't see the contracted numbers. Anything marked SETUP in the alerts is a field you need to fill in for a feature to work.
Microsoft Teams: on the Playbook tab, paste the webhook URL for the sales channel and for your own Teams chat. From then on the Friday team picture and top-performer call-outs post to the channel, and your morning alert digest, needs-focus call-outs, and Sean's notes arrive in your chat, each with a link back to the right page.
RevRadar Command: nothing to send. Every save is live in RevRadar Command, a Friday snapshot is taken automatically for the weekly history, the pay-period CSV reaches it when you export it from the desk, and the quarter package's bonus file goes across when you build it.
Each week, drop the numbers from the M1 Sales Readout into the weekly log — group leads in, leads closed or denied, opportunity value, business logged, and prospecting counts. The quarter totals and close rate build automatically.
Targets and auto-scoring: each team member has quarter targets — number of hotels, prospecting per week per hotel, group close rate, total leads across all channels (group, LNR/corporate, RFP), and business logged. “Auto-score from M1 numbers” rates the metric-linked expectations straight from the weekly log against those targets; the judgment-based expectations always stay in the manager's hands.
The scorecard has five weighted categories, with production of business first: Production & Revenue Results 40%, Proactive Sales Activity & Prospecting 20%, M1 System & Process Compliance 15%, Client, Team & Channel Management 15%, and Training & Development 10%. Each category lists the specific expectations the team member is measured on; mark each Met or Missed. A category's score is the share of its rated expectations met, times its weight. The total score sets the performance payout from the years-of-service table, and referred hotels add the referral incentive on top. Channel expectations can be added per team member as the weekly M1 reports surface new channels for their hotels.
Saving: the Hub lives in the cloud. Changes save automatically within a minute of typing (or press Save); every save is live in RevRadar Command and kept as a save point you can step back to from Playbook & policies. Attachments upload to cloud storage as you add them. The browser also keeps a crash backup of your typing, and you can download a full backup or a self-contained offline copy at any time.
Quarter end: “Quarter package” on the dashboard builds a .zip with the payroll upload file (one row per team member — also sent to RevRadar Command automatically), a printable scorecard report per member, their attachments, and a full backup. Then “Close the quarter…” archives the scores and resets for the new quarter.
